Relayvo Messaging Policy

Program: Relayvo sends only transactional SMS related to active bookings (confirmations, provider details, schedule updates). No marketing SMS.

How users opt in

Text‑in: Users text our published business number 989-GORELAY (+1(989)467-3529) with a booking request. We immediately send an opt‑in confirmation SMS (brand, STOP/HELP, message frequency, rates disclosure).
Web form: Users submit the public booking form at relayvo.com/booking with a required checkbox that states:
"By submitting, you agree to receive text messages from Relayvo about your booking. Msg&data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by request (typically 1–6 messages per booking). Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
